Q3 results are the make or break now

Now that the strategic review is over and yielded very little positive news after almost half a year. If these Q3 are not at the very minimum in-line with expectations I've got a very bad feeling we will be seeing $2 - $3 on this stock by years end. There isn't much hope for us if they come back with declining sales, profits or further write downs. Just one of those 3 and I predict we will see another one day 40% dip from where ever we are by then. I, like many of you, am down so much now that I don't even see the point in selling on the very slim chance there is some type of rebound in the next 12 months. GLTA longs out there that have been put to the test.

I'm down almost 90% now so I'm with you, no point in selling now.  This stock doesn't follow fundamentals at all.  Even with the write-downs, declining sales, etc., this stock is still worth much more.  Sentiment is what has depressed it to these levels.  No company  with revenues close to $1 billion trades at $4.

Enron did...  You're saying you are willing to burn the rest of your market value on this stock? Guys, do you think the court appearances will yield anything positive?

It's all going to depend on the future outlook and if there is another writedown in Q3. If they miss sales or earnings in the quarter I don't think it will matter much. Good luck to you too buddy

Thank you knowledge...Like you and many others here we are down so much it doesn't even pay to look on a daily basis...Two years ago I bought AR, a gold company...I was in at $3.74...bought it on the top pick choice Bruce Campbell on BNN....Sweated as I saw the stock drop to .78$...down almost 90%..I persiste, waited, sleepless nights, weight loss....Anyways it finally came back and I made ...more

Marky1, have you ever gone through one that didn't make it?   Several longs here this with a commodity based stocks, like AR.  AR hit lows min January 2016 like all resources stocks but rebounded to better values but CXR is not commodities based. And are you still listening to BNN for investment advice?
Comment by HamSandwich on Oct 13, 2016 7:36pm
You obviously didn't learn the right lesson from that experience.  Commodity companies always have within their realm of possible outcomes the chance at a miraculous recovery, or on a crazy round trip ride because they can get bailed out with a spike in the price of the commodity itself. What the is Concordia's get out of jail free card?  It sure as hell isn't raising drug ...more

Marky - stock market is not for you as a physician I would advise you to stick to indexing or GICs.  By the way - it might NOT come back......................
