Fact: Shorts have no idea of Thompson's next move.

We had a major event happen last week. Conclusion of the period which prevented insiders from buying shares.

What happens next?  Shorts don't know.  Insiders do.   Shorts here are nervous.

You have not idea whether I own shares or not.  You have no idea who I am. You have no idea what Thompson will do next.  Those are facts.

Wrong.,  Try again.  You have no idea what Thompson's next move is. That's a fact you cannot deny.
Comment by Craigbad on Oct 15, 2016 3:37pm
Insiders should have been loading up on "cheapies" the minute the strategic review was over and the shares continued to tank. The question is why not? Thompson could have bought back twice as many shares as he sold and still been up money. That says alot.

First, you don't know whether he or other insiders have already started buying. Second, which unfortunately might give you scumbags a few more weeks to manipulate the stock, the company might now be in a quarterly blackout in advance of Q3 earnings release.

Arsehole, company's often have black periods that go way beyond the legally mandated periods.

Nope, not "often" seldom and CXR is not one of them. Just email them and ask dypshyt.

I agree with Latice. A longer quiet would also give MT more time to suck all the last drops from his cellar full of boxed wine. Isn't that what people in denial do?
Comment by marxath on Oct 15, 2016 6:22pm
Slumberlong, they are not in blackout mode and the quarterly session you speak of takes effect a few days before the report and ends a couple of days afterwards. https://www.canadianinsider.com/company?menu_tickersearch=CXR%20%7C%20Concordia%20International sec lawyer???? LMFAO.......

That's exactly what they are Lattice .... GUESSES..... But like in most investments guesses only go so far , and then their wrong... guesses are s 50-50 , and yours have run out.

Lat, one thing I don't understand? If the CEO had preset triggers to sell in order to preserve his own wealth, why have multiple triggers lower and lower in bunches? Why not have one trigger higher up?  It seems like those methodically driving the stock down know where those triggers are. Do you know what the next price trigger is? ("Next week")   I would add that as an ...more

And for those who don't know who qualifies as an insider, it is all executive officers as well as any shareholder holding 10% or more of the issued and outstanding shares.  That my friends includes Cinven who has taken a bath as a result of the share price depreciation.  Do they let the bleeding continue or do they come into the market to take out a few million shares on the cheap ...more

I love your crazy theories. Just last week when the stock was close to $7 you said shorts would have to cover and would be slaughtered when the note issue was done. Since then the shares have tanked another 30%.......anymore financial advice?

In fairness Craig, u were just theorizing that cxr stuffs channels to force themselves to pay a performance bonus?
Comment by Craigbad on Oct 15, 2016 4:02pm
I guess that would be just as crazy as thinking Wells Fargo would create fake personal accounts to receive bonuses In the interest of personal gain? If Cinven operators still run Amco division and the payout relied on numbers hitting I would question whether the bar was set extremely low or why they couldn't pay the earnout from cashflow if the numbers they taunted the market with were true. I ...more
