Management should set up NCIB
If the Company fundamentals are still viable from Management's perspective it seems like they should set up a Normal Course Issuer Bid and buy back stock at these levels. Take the funds from the senior notes and invest in buying back the stock, since no acquisition/development would yield the type of returns in the short term as investing in the beaten down stock...that is of course if they truely beleive in the Company's prospects. This would be a good signal to the market and shorts would cover hard, they might not even need to buy back a single share just the NCIB itself would prop the share price by double (maybe triple) digit %.
