The additional $72M finder's fee to the 3rd party
Guys, read the disclosures last October and November. It's detailed there using very fuzzy $72M fee to a specified [UNSPECIFIED] third party in the UK for some UK drugs. READ!
The company has not issued anything saying the finder's fee is not triggered. But they did disclose a closing of 4 UK drugs in May/June of this year.
So since the potential was disclosed last year and the drugs sales from the UK did happen early summer, one could argue the additional $72M finders fee was properly disclosed.
Wait for Q3 for the "SURPRISE". Just like the SURPRISE of Q2 when Concordia wrote off almost half of the Covis acquisition that was just over a year old!
Lumber, get your boss to issue a press release on the finder's fee ok? It's not that expensive compared to the credible negativity and uncertainty the lack of official word provides. And no, we don't want to hear from you here as the company rep, it needs to be official, not via these clown bullboards!

Spoke to IR today who confirmed that there is no such finders fee payable. It is not related to anything the company purchased.

QUESTION: Does anyone know, through a reputable website (not willing to take anyone's "word" here), whether there was insider buying in the last two days by anyone at the company?

Nothing on SEDAR, nothing on the Nasdaq SEC filings and nothing on the TMX................ You get the drift..........

I think theres a better chance of seeing the stock driven down further to trigger more selling, than seeing the CEO buying..
