Dead Cat Rally, below average volume, short thesis is strong
Nothing in the short thesis has changed. Relief rally was expected.
Interesting to see new posters here. Welcome all. Get familiar with the company before you get too excited to go long.
Short position has been the winning position and there is nothing in the horizon that has the possibily of reversing this well established trend. On the contrary, it seems all the news will be bad including:
1. regulatory compliance enforcement
2. negative press on the spectacular downfall
3. UK price regulations
4. US law-maker backlash on price gouging, with Hillary with strong support and Trump imploding.
5. A bad upcoming quarter since there was a downward guidance, so they already told shareholders to expect it.
6. more write offs on medicine that has been overpriced and is being substituted by generics since all/most the portfolio is not patent protected.
7. Crippling debt and debt servicing.
8. Defer of earnouts and questions on whether finder fee trigger was triggered or not.
9. TA is STRONG SELL for Concordia.
Longs have no thesis except "hope".
New traders are here not understanding the dynamics in play.

This is all news that has already helped price the stock down more than 90% this year. You don't think it's priced in yet?
