Look for STABLE earnings. this thing will experience a pop when new CEO is announced. Concordia can turn it around. Short at your own peril as these pops now will be inevitable

 megabear , you're a moron ... with $500M in cash and access to $200M more , why would they default on a $170M earnout , and lose a $3B asset.
