The thing is Concordias balance sheet is on the brink. They just issued debt to pay debt when the business was tiring on all cylinders. The company is not in a good position to deal with further reduced cashflow from the UK bill, the class action lawsuits hitting the courts shortly or a Cma fine which could be up to 10% of global sales. Any one of these things could push the company over the edge. I wouldn't doubt we see the regulators open an investigation soon either. This will likely end up a delist.

On the brink? They just closed a $350 million bond offering. Who are you kidding?
