Shorts here often refer to Seeking Alpha articles that cast CXR in a negative light, but I doubt there's a short here that would agree with this SA article:

Basically what I'm saying is, take SA with a grain of salt because they flip-flop just as much as some of the people on this bullboard.

Poor argument.  There are some good authors and some bad on SA just like all forums.  There is nothing stopping a bull from writing a CXRX seeking alpha article - so I wonder why a bull doesn't?   Maybe because the bull argument is based on the company's forward making statements/numbers  that no one believes.
