so i guess the 350 million Cash injection was fake..
hahahah seriously man shorters come up with all kinds of bs.. SO if the assets were less then debt, they why would anyone give them a dollar let alone 350, 000 000...hahahaha....Okay whatever man...

I was told by some very smart people that the raise was likely to assure that the Amco assets didnt get deeded back to Cinven for free due to a default on the earnout. Recovery rates on bonds would likely be under 10% without the Amco assets. In for a penny in for a pound, current debtholders could just be limiting their losses.
