Usually a buyout rumors would send a stock price up, unless the BO is much less than the current shareprice......alot less. They've cried wolf on buyouts and pirate equity so many times now if you listen its your own fault. Its way beyond fool me once at this point.

When PSG insiders were selling at 52 week lows, they filed for BK within days and delisted.  Judging by what Cxr pulled before Q2, nothing would surprise me at this point.
