Insider selling
Let this be a lesson to even the most hopeful longs. When insiders sell during an earnings blackout and they only get caught doing it by the safeguard of marker trades, sell your position, no questions asked. When they do it at 52 week lows, a delist and bk protection isnt far off on the horizon. The downtrend is far from over here.

Should find out next week if insider selling was margin call? New CEO starts tomorrow - maybe find out new plan for company going forward

Yah right. DOn't hold your breath for the rest of the year. Did you listen to how the management struggled with answering questions on theat conference call? The silence between when the question was asked and when someone tried to answer was deafening. This company couldn't even answer simple revenue questions on their drug portfolio. No clue.
