I see analysts have this at 13-20 range

Anyone think this can get there?

Not me; institutional investors have to step in for it to get to that range and that's not going to happen before q4 The next announcement could be that reorg advisers hired  Bonds continue to drop and bondholders are taking too much of a haircut

So then with that re-org news there should be some positive momentum? As for bond holders, if they get a haircut would that set CXR free to move up?

No ...  to reorg the debt it will be in favour of the banks who are first secured.  They don't care about the common stock holders.  The market cap is already saying the equity is worth nothing.

Shane, you are a bit wrong, it works this way in normal bankruptcy, but in our case, Concordia was capitalized with $330 MLN in addition to capital on-hand. So, it throws out a thesis that this will be a normal baknruptcy, I've seen bankrupt companies that continue to trade and even jump double even with capital of $500 MLN, one of the example of bankrupt company where bondholders took a ...more

They have two huge earn outs commited to payable on December 16th and February 2017 or else AMCo will be deeded back to Cinnven debt free.   Plus Thompson's two year severance.  Plus New CEO's comp.  Plus interest on the notes due mid Dec.   Plus the two bridge loans they have to pay by October 2017.  Plus all the money to fight the Class Action Suit that is amping ...more

I agree that the bull thesis is that "the company isn't going bankrupt anytime soon" is a lame. Good heavens, there are so many other places to invest your money than companies waiting for restructuring and pulling guidance on Nov 7 the writing is on the wall.
