Off the radar

Mackie (market marker) is starting to load up clients with block trades. This stock has tremendous hidden value. Balance sheet is strong and management is great. I had the chance to speak with the ceo a few times. The tech is great and very disruptive. Many other ideas in the pipeline. Insider ownership is exceptionally high. At these levels it’s a gift.  My gift to you - intrinsic4d (IFD)

Hello Derek.  You must be posting on the wrong board.  The balance sheet is one of the worst I have ever seen.  The recent note offering was secured so they get first dibbs and this screws the common stock holders. The CEO doesn't own a single share.  And the Chairman of the Board who was previously the Lead Director of the company dumped a total of 580,000 shares in the ...more

Oh and I forgot to mention something I just found out - the company withdrew its guidance and all financial forecast on the earnings call last monday and said they are focussing on their "viability".

I stand by what I have said about the bondholders. And as far as the banks taking control, well I think that they have had that for the last couple of months judging by what has come out of this company. Good luck, and hope you can claim a tax loss. LOL - the secured first lien 9% note has actually appreciated over the last two weeks.  I dont follow the unsecured issues.

Unsecured bonds will take a haircut, as I pointed out earlier, this is common, when company or country is solvent (around $500 mln in bank) + future cashflow... Result, share will jump
