Chapter 11 :) no, of course... but with $500 MLN in bank, nobody will go Chapter 11

You said you would stop posting if this wasn't green today - so don't let the door hit you on the way out.
Comment by greatplay on Nov 23, 2016 3:09pm
sorry, didn't say that it will be green today... I don't expect, I said tomorrow we may go up 10% in response that we will go down 10%

I think the grame plan for the bondholders is that they want to stop the Board of Directors from authorizing the December earn out payment to Cinven.  Because they will then be in default, this will force Chapter 11 and the rate recovery will be at a higher.  Just my thoughts.  Equity is turbofuccked either way here and the writing is on the wall.

$500m in the bank, however... - $90m Cinven payment due Feb 2017 - $34m unsecured equity bridge due next year - expected $90m fine related to Amdipharm acquisition - $101m unsecured bridge loan - $1.5 billion unsecured notes - $1.75 billion secured debt (including the $350m first lien notes issued last month, that have dropped 20% in value already) The bondholders are getting nervous as the ...more

all big on paper, but in reality, many of these may go away... Cinven payment maybe withold until issue with UK government is settled. All unsecued donds are due in 2021... and proablby witll be settled for quarter of their value... Other bonds are due 2021 as well...

If they don't make the Cinven payment AMCo deeded back to Cinven debtfree.  And they have to pay the coupons for the bonds and a payment is coming up in December on the 7 year notes.  Just Stop, you have no material knowledge at all about this company, you came in for a quick trade and you look flippin desperate pumping this POSSS.

I was with stock for a while... but I was invested small, when we get 1.69 level, I loaded 10 times more and rode to 3.5, unfortunately, I thought we'll break it, didn't happen and I closed yesterday around $3. Still I almost doubled my money.... Today I started loading a little at $2.7, then $2.6 and a lot around $2.46, I believe we have a 50% retracement of gains. from 1.69 to 3.50

You are the WORST OF LIARS who posts how they skillfully bought at the low and sold at the high. You are one of the worst traders I have ever seen! You have been pumping this stock for months and here is only one example and the board can judge for themselves what a liar you are: greatplay image: https://www.stockhouse.com/Stockhouse/images/stars-mask.png  ...more

greatplay, I remember your posts. If I saw you on the street I think I would give you a swift kick along with Thompson. Are you paid to pump here because from the looks of things you did it full time today. As I pointed out in my previous post, I invested earlier and I was losing on it, but when we got to $1.69, I went 10 times on my position and sold it yesterday around $3... Today I loaded at average $2.51... loosing money today... good luck! I'm not pumping, when everyone on board is so SHORT, I'm showing that there are good sides to everyting....

Sure you lying piece of SHIITTT. You say you sold yesterday at $3 and magically bought 10X at the bottom. Sure ..... but you tell everyone to load up at anything under $5 You do know that people can see your posting history don't you? You are either worst than those analysts on BNN who pump it when they are dumping or just plain lying. Do you give yourself 5 stars as well? LOL.  ...more

when we broke below $3, I waited, and knew we are going to re-test it... and when we did, I closed position. I knew we were going to drop more... and we did. Now I bought again. What's wrong with the picture, I still think below $5 is a steal... but you need to have brain, it's your money after all, when you believe it will go up or down... I sold, but I didn't go short, I'm ...more

Hiya greatplay,  You sound like all those AM's on BNN who just tell others when they are buying... and not when they sell.  Where is your humility?   Be sure to tell everyone next time you SELL for being so BULLISH on the stock, eh?    It will be trading as "cxrxq" in 10 days.  Maybe the baggies can nominate you to head up the Equity Committee?   ...more

I want to tell you something more, today I didn't want to buy, hopefully, I don't regret it... Actually I wanted to sell short instead (never shorted the stock) that's how bad the feeling was, I did opposite.   Also yesterday I wanted to sell short as well, didn't do...   Why I loaded today, when volume is below 2MLN and we had 6 & 7mlns on the way up, it ...more

Greatplay, Now I have heard it all.  You are simply unbeleivable, now saying you wanted to sell short today and didn't want to buy.  OMG.  You are the worst pumper I have ever seen on this bullboard.  You make PROTrader and Fundtrader look exceptionally competent you are THAT BAD.    Each post you do gets you in deeper.  Just stop.

dudsy, Company committed to payment of £72 million to Cinven December 19 2016 £73.4m February 1st.  (October press release).  Its the December payment that they won't want the Board of Directors to authorize is how I read it.  What is your interpretation?   And Add:  Oberman's bonus and Thompson's exit package as well as litigation costs that they ...more
