Its not only the charts that are saying its cooked. Now that the Monday's press release says the Donnatal sales reps have been all fired, (which probably happened in May according to the law suit and management didn't think it was material information to investors) ... and the press release also states that photorin phase 3 trial has been terminated, are we supposed to expect a reduction ...more

happyretirement, what is going on over the pond is a risk. t is obvious that Concordia is being targeted in this bill because of the way they classify their drugs (branded / unbranded) so they can take advantage of a loophole. The loophole will be closed - there seems to be no objection to this bill and it is moving fast in the House of Parliament. Expect to see pricing pressure in the AMCO drugs ...more

"You can't just hand wave this risk away.  Concordia is being targeted here by the UK parliament." Were in my posts did I wave this risk away?  I am just posting information released and possible changes to the current act that may affect Concordia so investors are made aware of the facts through DD that they can perform themselves and not rely on the continual banters ...more

Sorry to anyone that thinks actual facts should not be included in the daily posts on any BB, opinions are something that hopefully someone has spent time in their research to reach a conclusion that may be helpful to a BB.  To post something such as the Oct. 21st statements of insider trading which was later dismissed as false by people on this BB to fill space is and will always be ...more

Any other dates you want me to look up for you?  Insider trading was not "dismissed on the bullboard as you have attempted.  I don't know who this insider was, Thompson stopped being an insider on November 7th, so he was not required to report to SEDI after Nov 7.  And being that he never ever reported any of the transactions within the five days required, it indeed may ...more

Why is insider trading even being brought up on this board again?  Of course there was  insider selling - Kupinsky reported his over half a million share sale the day after earnings. There has been no insider buying.  Not even one share.

happyretirement: If you are looking on nasdaq.com for insider selling it won't show up because the selling was done on the tsx (cxr shares). Best to use tmx.com to show daily activity and then it should be reported by the insider to SEDI within 5 days - but we have seen that this is not always done in a timely manner by the officers of Concordia. I can see how someone has already ...more
