YOU NEVER LET A SMALL 5 OR 10 PERCENT LOSS BECOME HUGE DISASTERS, ESPECIALLY WHEN YOUR PLAYING WITH BIG POSITIONS! IF I DIDNT SELL OUT MY DYING INVESTMENT WITH LI I WOULD OF LOST 90 PERCENT INSTEAD OF 50 LOL, managing risk is very important IF you want to become a very successful investor

I have to agree with Wolf.  Not every stock recovers.  Some just go to 0 and leave you wondering what the hell happened, because the news releases from the company always emphasize hope. On that note:  It is important to look at fundamentals, management, and a companies cash flow. Concordia was hit by a perfect storm of bad market sentiment, and is severely undervalued imo.  ...more
