March 22th but not state by the company. It should be around this date. It could be earlier too. It doesn't really matter. The new CEO is focusing on putting the company back on it's track. We have over 800 millions in revenues. The company has a debt but who doesn't ??? They will get over it. Not worried. The new CEO is a bit like Steve Jobs... You need to move your bones if you wanna

The release date should be sometime in March (last year was March 23) the sooner the company announce the release date for Q4/year end the better for the SP because any delay past March will push down the SP even lower.  BTW tomorrow morning VRX is set to release their earnings.
