Write offs are non reacurring and a great tax relief item. They also have about 400 milion in cash. Won't be going broke anytime soon.

Actually they don't have that amount in cash. That was their cash balance on Dec 31st and that was before the two earnout payments and coupon payments. How much do you think they have now? And why the fucccckkkk still no guidance? LMFAO, Baggie... They can't service their debt with that.
