Mustard, It is intuitive that the SEC is (as the Class Action Law Suit allege violations in Federal Securities Laws) along with the other three executives named in the law suit. The OSC is as Cohodes published a complaint letter on the internet, remember? But the OSC takes so long to gather information. There is also the issue of the so called margin selling during
