Health Service Medical Supplies Bill
Is in the final stages with the House of Commons returning just Amendment 3 back to the House of Lords during the Ping Pong stage of the bill, it is now up to the House of Lords whether to continue fighting for the inclusion of Amendment 3 before the bill is passed and sent to the Queen for Royal Assent.
The affect on AMCo prices will be dependent on whether some of the drugs have already been changed to "M" and thus already fall under the authority of the DoH, some seem to have been changed in the January NHS drug tariff.

Today the House of Lords have returned a revised Amendment 3 back to the House of Commons to be discussed before finalized and sent for Royal Assent. Could finish this week or next unless more ping and pong over wording..... GLTA
