Oberman gave it as an option in the conference call. The biggest tell is that the company declined on providing guidance. The bondholders have lawyered up, both unsecured and secured so it looks like the writing is on the wall for a food fight and equity holders don't have a chance if the bondholders don't think they will get their $

Not to mention that the stock is trading like company is going to announce restructuring. Reminds me of how SUNEQ traded before Restructuring. Honestly waiting for the stock to be halted on the news and then will you will only be able to trade it on the OTC so not sure how many traders even want to touch it now.
