I will post Rosen Law's (lawyers for the plaintiffs) response once it becomes public.   Anyone know how much Concordia has put away for legal costs for the next quarter?  The company and four executives are being sued - are their lawyers paying for Thompson's and deSaldaha's defence as well as Kreppner's and Borkowski's?

Rosen law should go after the debtholders for being so loose  -  at least they will have some money by the time this goes to trial because Concordia is unlikely too.  Goldman Sucks got millions for being the sole bookrunner for the first lien notes in October.   Meanwhile back in Oakville no one is answereing the phone again today ....  whle the market calls it game over ...more
