There is no strong bull thesis as to why CXR will turn things around anytime soon.  Everyone knows that even bulls. They will burn through more cash this year.  That said, they have plenty of time to turn things around over the next 2 to 3 years.  I don't believe the CMA fines, if any, will be significant.  The UK legislation, if passed,  will only affect a handful of
