Just wondering.....

When the likes of TD, CIBC and Anonymous will get the okay from the US to make a move like they did between Jan. 31st and Feb. 7th when the stock was taken from 2.37 to 4.63 and a 95% increase in just over 7 days. 

One would have to think that with the Canadian authorities having more concern with liquidity over legality it would be easy for this type of movement rather than a 4 - 5% decline every day waiting for the nails to be put in the coffin @ .00 .....

There was some short covering in that period as I recall my investment banker called in my short..  Word was Cohen had a short box on almost 5 million shares (which made sense since his 13G regulatory filing said he sold out all his position - point72 - in December) and  it was impossible to find borrow.  So don't know what you mean by your vague posts where you don't cut ...more

Are you then saying that computer algorithm trading could not be considered manipulative and deceptive practices during day trading??? Thanks in advance for your reply....

  Programming computers to short sell is not illegal to my knowledge.  For every buyer of a stock this is a seller.   This stock is going down because their financials are a wreck and they have weak management who can't even give guidance.  The company has more debt than assets and that is why buyers left the table and the bondholders don't even think the assets ...more
