Contains Parliamentary information licensed under the Open Parliament Licence v3.0 Lord O'Shaughnessy to move, That this House do not insist on its Amendment 3B and do agree with the Commons in their Amendments 3C and 3D in lieu. Seems that the bill has passed and will become law.

The Amendment 3B (a) and (b) were officially approved in the House of Lords @ app. 16:00:00 in the UK or 11:00:00 EST although Lord Warner worked together with Lord O'Shaughnessy on the final wording so it would be acceptable to the House of Lords and remove any chance of a return back to the House of Commons.
