I voted with a control number as given me by BMO but Concordia set it up so shareholders who have shares at an instituion could not attend and ask questions. No Questions asked. I have put in a complaint to the OSC and when I get the response of David Dorgo, I will supply his email if you also want to complain and have the meeting declared INVALID

Sorry to hear this.   I wish Oberman and the new guys well - but they have inherited a really bad situation.  I would want very generous stock options and a very good long term incentive plan if I was in their situation.  They are pushing on a rope.  The debt to EBIDTA is overwhelming, the product mix is uninspiring, and Thompson et al. were completely outplayed by the clever

Rad I have no problem if you turn around the ship, you should be rewarded. But how about this idea, you start doing it, and by it, I mean increasing shareholder value, then let's set up the incentive reward as you are showing you can do it. The AGM option was perhaps 100 pages with self-serving stuff, costing thousands of dollars to put together. My position is that is not the focus...do your

Dave, thanks for your posts and the action you have taken on this issue. I certainly support your position and I am willing to launch complaint as well (I am in Alberta so I am not sure if OSC is the regulator to deal with). One of my biggest disappointments in this company is they still have the same board chair and several of the directors who destroyed the company. What Jordan Kupinsky did with
