Shareholders Info

I wondered if there were actually any shareholders on this Board, as my posts were met with stony silence it seemed. Mustard and Onward, here is the simple fact, the Board was elected at the alleged meeting with only 3+% of shares outstanding. This should tell you something, if all the shareholders who read this Board were to vote against any Board member ( I voted against, technically withheld vote for Kupinsky for example) this Board could be changed.
Management engineered it so they could get the votes to carry on with big payoffs if things turn around. My position is we need fresh input and guys like Kupinsky who are there just milking every dollar from the company should be replaced.
I will continue to look into for the common shareholders but if shareholders don't care then not much I can do. For me, I would like to see a total shake-up and guys like no-show Adam Peeler, VP told to hit the road and mr. big time Mark Thompson told your payments are cancelled.
Also Mr. Hulot, what is you gig? is this just a warm-up for a comedy routine for you?

Dave, don’t be so naive. You can cry all you like. Individual shareholders can do FA. Institutional shareholders are calling the shots. I mean CINVEN. Yours and my two bit shares mean nothing. And yes, I’ll be a Yuks Yuks next week opening for Chicken Lady.

Institutional shareholders?  LMFAO!!!!   The secured debt holders have been calling the shots for the last 10 months --  where the F have you been?

Debt holders will be ignored as long as they are getting paid on time. CXR has enough money to pay them for the foreseable future. If CXR misses a payment, then come and peck here. Otherwise go cluck somewhere else
