I got news for you, CXR wasn’t a terrible company, it was an unfortunate company. The management went to far with debt by acquistion, bad timing. Shrekli, Clinton, Valeant, perfect storm. And management was not experienced enough to deal with the situation. There was no fraud, they chose the wrong time to lever up. The Chicken Farmer found the weakest company at the weakest time in the weakest
