What a mess.

A year and a half ago, this company that had a relatively small float should have gone to the markets in a PP to pay for at least a portion of AMCO. Dilution would have occourred but debt would have beencut in half.
Now debt=death. Thompson was an idiot but living in the Caymans. Retail investor fkd!

Any hope here?
