Ask yourself - why would the unsecured debt holders take a significant haircut if they can fare better in CCAA?  The only thing we can agree on is the sum of the parts is more than the total secured debt. Ergo the remainder goes to unsecured note holders......

Capital Structure Realignment Update

As previously announced, the Company commenced a court proceeding under the Canada Business Corporations Act (the "CBCA") in an effort to realign its capital structure. The Company continues to advance discussions with its debtholders in this effort, and is highly focused on realigning its capital structure on a consensual basis.

Hang in there, Hulot. He has a point, but many stories have surprise endings.  This might be one of them, and you have little more to lose at this point anyway. I am betting that a phoenix arises from the ashes, and that current shareholders get a ride on its tail.
