It is indeed a good article in that it provides a pretty thorough summary of the whole situation.  It does not provide any new information or supply me with anything I didn't not already know from other sources. It does, however, contain one material flaw.  It posits the result for common shareholders based on a resulting value for the company of between $600MM and $900MM, which

So - the smart money is holding off buying the common stock.  Hence the complete lack of insider activity.  The strategy of waiting to buy immediately post restructuring with an artificially low valuation would have served you well with yellow media.  Lets agree that you have placed a "bet" and your position is at best a speculative gamble.................... All the
