check the Motion Record Volume 2 on the investor website. Authoritative posters have been consistently wrong on this issue.................. Page 1627 - there is a letter dated October 19th from Corporations Canada to Goodmans LLC.......... It clearly states there was no preliminary arrangement to review back in October....... Never was and still negotiations are deadlocked. An act of desperation -- filtering through 1600+ pages for something to hand his hat on -- from someone who cannot even answer a simple question. The Director's letter proves nothing other than they did not submit anything to the Director at that time. So is it true, rad10, that no interested party has yet elected to bring the matter back to court, even though any could do so on 7 days notice? ...more
