hi, I have 100k of unsecured debt 7% 2023, now Company's unsecured debt (the "Unsecured Debt") in the aggregate principal amount of approximately US$1.6 billion, plus accrued and unpaid interest, has been exchanged for new limited voting shares of Concordia representing in the aggregate approximately 11.96% of the outstanding limited voting shares of Concordia upon implementation of the Recapitalization Transaction (taking into account early consent shares for holders of Unsecured Debt entitled to early consent consideration under the CBCA Plan), with holders of the Company's existing 7.00% unsecured notes on an aggregate basis receiving approximately 2.3987 limited voting shares per US$1,000 of principal amount of 7.00% unsecured notes, how many share will I have? Which is the value of the share?

Gabriele - how did you get into this situation?  I am intrigued.  You had an obscure note that most brokerages did not carry in inventory. Your note exchanged for 100 x 2.4 shares - my guess is your 100k face value is 240 new shares which are worth 240 x $18 = $4320.   4.1% recovery of face value.   Secured notes recovered just over 91% with the early consent ...more

wow, 1 for 300 @ 0.16 and it cant trade at $48.  haircut upon haircut!
