I have been waiting for REITs to fall.

It may be a good investment one day. Sure it's had its heyday. But now I see dream in big trouble and going below $15 early in the new year. We will see HR REIT Below $10

It's getting tougher out there. And dream is too disorganized to succeed

I have had personal experience with the Dream people. In my opinion, they will drive this into the ground...and Covid will grease the fall. In my opinion, they are not providing what I think is a professional service to the office community, and that will catch up to them.
