NAV up to $30.74. FFO Jump to 0.42

NAV $30.74 higher than expected.
NAV based on $16.20 DIR unit price. Today it's $17.43. About 55 cents a unit higher than Q3. So NAV is around $31.25 today.
FFO Increased to 0.42. Better than expected.
Occupancy down slightly 1%.
