Does anyone think the NCIB is firing?

It was effective to start August 19.   Buying under $21 probably will be quite accretitive, with artis buying as well, the public float will diminish substantially over the next year

NCIB is running. I'm not convinced AX is buying, but one of their joint actors may be.

Artis has not bought since the 15th. Their "Joint actors" may be. Artis needs to report within 5 days = they stopped at some point, we dont know if they restarted in the last 5 days. Dream is buying because they said they would on an APP, and there is no reason or announcement otherwise. If they decided not to run the APP, they would need to do a news release. Fair point.  Maybe Artis does not want to complete with the NCIB bids  and is focusing other reits
