WHAT IF..

Only 4 million out of 12.5 million wanna sell. Can sp trade higher than 15.5 before the official buyout ?

Of course... it trades as usual with a 15.50 backstop.  I think it trades up to 18-19 becaue forward FFO is now .49c a unit as well as shorts are going to try to cover.

Can you show the calculation to get 0.49. I calculated much higher but not that high.

51 million shares minus 12.5 shares equals 38.5 shares remaining. 18,875.000 FFO this Q. Assume it doesn't change (it will). 18,875,000 / 38,500,000 units equals 0.49c per share once SiB  abd this equals short destruction
