SO MAD

Im happy I had the foresight to get in the ARB trade early as it was inevitable SP would move up....a bit faster than I wanted.  I was hoping for high $14's up till a few days before.  I think with REITS moving up it  will be UNDER

Congrats SNAKEYBOY. It looks like you are going to do very well on this arb trade. I wouldn't be too mad at yourself!  I think it will be better for the REIT in the end if we are undersubscribed a bit. We were only cancelling around 3 million units a year with the NCIB so even if 9 million units are tendered that is still 3 entire years worth of NCIB activity cancelled by this SIB. Dream ...more

I think being around 12.5 million is best, thats the maximum bump of NAV TO $35.   Ideally then I can rebuy if SP dips back down.  Undersubscription + unit price  moving up wont create as much value longterm.
