DAM with their 100 million, Artis with 33 million in shares tendered, and DIR units, can come up with 300million+.  That can buy out the remaining 20m shares public  float (not owned by sandpiper/dam/artis), for $16.  Privitization complete.  But yes we know artis/cooper dont think this isworth much morethan $15.5

Many Dream Office buildings sit on considerable land such as 212 King, 250 Dundas, 425 Bloor, 330 Bay, 20/36 Toronto, 74 Victoria, 30 Adelaide, and Adelaide Place. All of these properties were said in past Annual Reports to have at least the same 0.4 acres total site area that 212 King does which is one of our future developments. There could quite possibly be more future developments ...more

All I can say is thank god I sold about half my stock in 2019
