Crazy man

1 bedrooms in TO are around $2600/month rent.  Dreams Office locations if they were resedential condos would be $3000/month+ at least. Yet they are cr@ppy office properties trading like they are going bankrupt.

Where's the lobbyists? Convert  them ALL to resedential, get rid of office, let the supply side in office get extremely tight

Some cities like Calgary are moving ahead with turning empty offices into apartments. But as it stands, office space in downtown Toronto neighbourhoods must be replaced if it is removed, creating a major barrier for such projects to move ahead in Canada’s largest city.
