Leasing spreads are huge, leasing activity is precovid levels, bay street building got a solid 15 year lease....and we're nosediving? TIME FOR SIB2!

9.6 million volume on DIR.UN today. I hope we're selling DIR but would be happy to see it used to pay down debt. I doubt we have seen the full effect of our new restaurants on occupancy yet either since it takes time for people to decide on office space and to get it ready for a new tenant.

WOW 9.6 M volume on dir, that's 12x the average.... no reits have large volumes today other than XRE
