Check out these other dream stocks/REITs and their discounts to NAV DRM ( down 4.73% today ) MPCT D DIR Michael Cooper has failed investors. He does not seem to care about the price of his stocks or units. He has failed keeping the price of his stocks trading at reasonable valuations.

Cooper could fix most of his REITs by selling Dream Industrial REIT. There is an almost $300 million payday in it for DRM if that were done, Dream Office would have all its DIR units acquired by the buyer for some large premium to where it trades today and Dream would now have lots of money to prop up MPCT if desired. Cooper is obviously an intelligent man however there is in my opinion not enough

Never been impressed with Cooper. The guy is a genius in a bull market. He's just an average schmuck with a lot more capital to F up with.
