11.72% dividend
What's their borrowing rate? If they actually intend on maintaining the dividend than cancel shares like crazy at 10% plus its a cash flow saver.
$7 = 15% yield.
Frankie whats the implied cap rate at this price? 8%?

What an egg on management's face... using 200m to buy shares double in price.

Can't be feeling as bad as the former poster on this site Snakeyboy. He was buying up units hand over fist in the 14's, expecting to get 15.50 a unit for the SIB back in June. And the SIB was oversubscribed, and he ws stuck with most of his units. The unit price has cratered almost 50 percent since then. Has to be painful.....

I don't blame him entirely. He was obviously rugpulled by management who used and executed the SIB to provided liquidity to DRM. No one expected that high of an oversubscription.

Very good point, but I was drawing attention to the fact that we all make decisions that seem to make sense at the time and that is normal. Nobody has a crystal ball. By the same token, the management would not have imagined that the unit price would be under 9 dollars today and it irks me to see Gary disparage them.
