REIT earnings season kicks off next week

I dont expect  Q3 to indicate the world is ending for the sector or dividend cuts are in order...though on the other hand, i dont expect any positive or negative stuff to really be reflected in the trading action (other than a dividend cut), as the bond picture is moving things wildly

I would expect the distribution to reduced on Dream office at Q3 release. The leasing incentives required currently will consume capital. I also believe that the cut is anticipated, and already baked into the unit price.

No, AP and TNT also have 14 and 18% yields.  They already saved distributions on 12.5m shares with the SIB.
