The bottom is in
And just like that sentiment has shifted. This could well be back in double digits before very long, and that's still a very very cheap price.

I bought another 1000 at $8.01 and another 1000 at $8.18 this morning. Now holding 13,000 at an average of $10.76. Crazily, that's almost 50% lower than the SIB price. As far as I am concerned the SIB price is the floor of FMV, and will start to liquidate if we hit that because I'm over-overweighted on this stock!

Correction, 12000 at an average of $11.22 - dang it! :) By the way, another factor that is going to be working in our favour (finally) is the tight float, especially after the SIB took so many shares off the table.. 90,000 shares traded so far today, and even that's well over half the daily average - shorts are busy covering, I guess.

I would guess short covering too -- the move is too large for one day to be explained by anything else. And yet almost nothing has been covered today... There really is no reason we couldn't see Dream Office (and likely most other REITs) rally further if shorts choose to cover.

I believe the recent short position in Dream office was as high as 15 percent of the float, so there is more covering to come..... this REIT is hugely undervalued.

To put that into context, that would mean 3 million shares shorted. Volume halfway through today's trading stands at 116,000. Hence, a comment made earlier about coveribng hasn't really started yet. The ingredients are there for a very significant short squeeze.

So unfortunate when the goons exploit tax loss selling and capitulation on the higher for longer narrative....
