Safe to say - using hindsight - that the SIB was an utter failure. Very poor time to lever up a business. I personally did not appreciate seeing my industrial exposure shrink.

I wonder if Cooper sees this as a learning opportunity or if he feels like Dream is being unfairly punished by the market...

He doesnt care, the goal was obvious.  Give DRM 100m of liquidity. They can let the other holdings just ride out for another decade and prob will never sell it till they sell the reit
