Drm likely needs the D dividend revenue after MCPT was cut to 0. or else they would need to cut dividend right. doesnt seem likely IMO

i am geussing they will need to cut it in half , i was surprised how much this one rallied that 655 bay building needed to be sold , market frozen and interest rates keeping buyers away as MC stated on impact call , cant rely on hope here when banks start applying pressure not sure why
