Question

What do you think should be done if dream hits the 7 low on bad earnings or guidance and dir holds above 13.  It would be 75% and dream equity of 87m

the last big move didnt work out so well so I would think they sit tight for now. The investment in DIR is as good as any investment they have plus brings in monthly distribution income which appears safe for now.  You mention no real maturities till 2025 plus they do have 2 quality assets for sale with excellent financial metrics. Its not as if they are trying to sell some of their worst ...more

Yes but this time it's basically represents almost all market cap but 100m. Different scenario than SIB 1 because it can wipe out the FLOAT
