WHO CARES.

Discussing fundamentals is pointless, asset sales, debt, AFFO, leasing spreads, office trends etc.

If the 10 year was 3% or less D.UN would be worth $50+ easy (outside a GFC recession)

If the 10 year goes to 5% we're screwed.

Thats all that matters
