And accumulated shares under $22 (old $11) for as long as it stayed there, 

eventually the last 5m shares or could get a firm buyout, or the shorts will burn if the reit sector gets legitimately back in favor

Agreed. Artis has purchased 3% of Dream YTD and counting. I don't care to see DRM or NCIB buying personally. However, I do find it very interesting that DRM felt compelled to buy at $22 just to see it instantly crash right thereafter.  The most important element here short-term imho is potential upcoming dispositions. What is the value transacted at and how much liquidity is created ...more
